Log file configuration does not support absolute path that contains space

Cannot specify an absolute location that contains space in the path like:

logger_config section 
{
  output = file "C:\Program Data\agent\logs\agent.log"
}

Would it be good to consider path expansion, so you could use something like %PROGRAMDATA%

Environment variables are expanded in the file. I will give some examples in this issue. I don't see immediately why this is not parsing correctly. I will need to test on Windows to see what is going wrong.

Use file_name instead of output file and it will work.

If an environment variable is set LOG_DIR=C:\Logging Directory, that will also work, but not with Output.

  file_name = $LOG_DIR/agent.log

Works.
