Fixed on main. The fix landed as:

• 45660df0 — DataView FormOrientation/LabelWidth now controllable from MDL
• ed163258 — added doctype-test examples (03-page-examples.mdl LEVEL 3b)

Mendix stores the DataView "Form Orientation" UI control as the BSON `LabelWidth` field. The MDL surfaces both spellings:

`LabelWidth` wins when both are set. DESCRIBE round-trips the canonical form: `FormOrientation: Vertical` for `LabelWidth=0`, an explicit `LabelWidth: N` for non-default positive widths, and emits nothing when the value is the default 3.

Verified end-to-end against Mendix 11.9.0: page creates, DESCRIBE round-trips, `mx check` reports 0 errors.
