Risk assessment: Very Low

This PR only adds and updates Mintlify documentation content: a new mobile proxies docs page, a navigation entry in docs.json, and small proxy-related copy/reference updates. It doesn't modify application logic, infrastructure, auth, permissions, or production code paths. I also found no CODEOWNERS file in the repo, so I don't see a Codeowners review requirement blocking automation approval.

I re-evaluated the current diff at b364af9f3be91ebfb0e859799c84ce2a8769a130. The changes are limited to Mintlify documentation content: adding a mobile proxies page, adding it to docs.json navigation, and making small proxy-related copy/reference updates. There are no application code, infrastructure, auth, permissions, schema, or production logic changes.

I found no CODEOWNERS file in the repository/base tree and no active review requests, so I don’t see a Codeowners review requirement. The PR already has an approval recorded, so I’m leaving this assessment as a comment rather than re-approving.
