What is the reason behind the python<3.14 constraint in pyproject.toml ?

FYI I tested a local install with py3.14.0rc2 and all tests ran fine.

This is just our standard so all our packages don't break when new Python comes out. We can push out a minor bump with 3:14 (and dropping 3:11)

Dear @Tieqiong , can we add python 3.14 or did you find a possible issue with it ?

@vincefn I built a wheel in a 3.14 env and installed it and it worked. all tests pass locally. I think python 3.14 can be added.
