concurrentqueue.h compiling failed

LinuxMint 17.1 64bit
编译出现下面的错误，
QuantBox_XAPI/QuantBox_Queue/concurrentqueue.h|396|error: no template named 'has_trivial_destructor' in namespace 'std'; did you mean 'has_virtual_destructor'?|

我发现了下面的问题：

是不是和这里是同一个Bug？

问题找到了，
执行：
clang++ -dM -E -x c /dev/null
显示：
...
#define GNUC_MINOR 2
#define GNUC_PATCHLEVEL 1
#define GNUC_STDC_INLINE 1
#define GNUC 4
...

concurrentqueue不支持clang
临时解决办法，把宏定义改成：
#if defined(APPLE) || !defined(GNUC) || GNUC > 4 || (GNUC == 4 && GNUC_MINOR >= 8) || (clang_major == 3 && clang_minor>=4)
