Hi. I don't understand why my application for student education benefits keeps getting rejected. I am using a verified school email, along with proper dated ID.

it also happened to me though i uploaded a university verified document. Is there any manal way to verify? any email adress or etc... ?

A lot of people seem to be getting rejected during re-verification, even with valid school emails and official documents.

Maybe try applying while connected to your college campus network as well. Some verification systems also check location/IP consistency. It could help to set your address to your college address exactly as it appears on your university records when submitting the application.

Not guaranteed to fix it, but a few of my friends have had better luck after matching their campus location and school details more closely during verification.

At the moment, I don’t think there’s a manual verification option publicly available, but your best bet is to contact support directly through the help/support form and attach your student ID, proof of current enrollment, and your school email.

If anyone finds a direct verification email or manual review process, please share it here because several of us seem to be affected.

We're not allowed phones on campus, and the computers there don't have cameras!

Same here, also you agree that it's so strange that the only way to upload documents is a camera photo and the quality is absolutely terrible once saved for submission.
I'm getting rejection in the loop...

Me too. I used the camera to capture my student portal and registration. None of them works. must be a problem with the quality of the captured images. I fall into a dead loop. The entire workflow doesn't make sense. How many student will submit their transactions and registration through the camera with good quality? I can only do with a student ID through the camera. But my student ID didn't have the year on it. So, the student portal, class registration, and transcript are the only options. Many students have reported the exact same problem, but GitHub has not provided a simple fix, and they prefer to ignore it.

me also , my country is non English speaker, every document is on native format, i tried everything, none of them help, do they have manual verification

I did face the same issue. So lemme tell you what i basically did. First on the billing and licensing section, I filled up the "Payment Information" but only with the ones stated as "*". Then I went up to the application part and filled it up. I used my student ID for the photo they asked. And it was all set.
Also i suggest using a phone while doing this cuz you may face photo verification issue.
